Security & tenant isolation: your fleet data stays yours
The most common question from large operators evaluating MinersMe Cloud: "You also operate hosting infrastructure — why would I show you my fleet?" Fair question. Here is exactly how the platform is built so you don't have to trust intentions, only architecture.
Isolation is enforced in the backend, not the UI
Every API query is scoped to your tenant on the server side — company scoping is applied at the data-access layer on every request, not filtered in the browser. There is no API path that returns another tenant's miners, farms, pools, clients or invoices, regardless of what a client application asks for.
A watchdog audits isolation continuously
We assume code can regress, so an automated tenant-isolation audit runs continuously against the live platform, probing endpoints for any cross-tenant visibility. A regression pages the engineering team directly. Isolation isn't a launch-day property — it's monitored like uptime.
What we never do with your data
- Your fleet layout, miner models, pool destinations and telemetry are never visible to any other tenant — including tenants who are hosting operators themselves.
- Your operational data is used to render your dashboards, alerts and invoices. It is not aggregated into competitive intelligence, resold, or used to court your clients.
- White-label deployments run under your own domain with your branding; your clients interact with your brand, not ours.
Practical checks you can run: ask us for a walkthrough of tenant scoping on any endpoint you pick; create two trial tenants and try to cross-read them; put your own domain in front of the platform so your clients' traffic never references our brand. We're comfortable being tested — [email protected].
Access & account security
- Google sign-in (verified server-side) for primary accounts, with per-account link auditing (IP and country recorded at link time).
- Role-based access: owner, admin, client, sub-client and operator roles each see only what their role and farm assignment allows.
- Client team members get scoped sub-accounts — your customers can give their staff access without sharing credentials.
