Security & tenant isolation: your fleet data stays yours

The most common question from large operators evaluating MinersMe Cloud: "You also operate hosting infrastructure — why would I show you my fleet?" Fair question. Here is exactly how the platform is built so you don't have to trust intentions, only architecture.

Isolation is enforced in the backend, not the UI

Every API query is scoped to your tenant on the server side — company scoping is applied at the data-access layer on every request, not filtered in the browser. There is no API path that returns another tenant's miners, farms, pools, clients or invoices, regardless of what a client application asks for.

A watchdog audits isolation continuously

We assume code can regress, so an automated tenant-isolation audit runs continuously against the live platform, probing endpoints for any cross-tenant visibility. A regression pages the engineering team directly. Isolation isn't a launch-day property — it's monitored like uptime.

What we never do with your data

Practical checks you can run: ask us for a walkthrough of tenant scoping on any endpoint you pick; create two trial tenants and try to cross-read them; put your own domain in front of the platform so your clients' traffic never references our brand. We're comfortable being tested — [email protected].
